Bonus breakdown
What sits behind the big numbers for players in Australia: how wagering is tallied, which limits apply to whom, the codes, and how the weekly offers line up. Amounts are in Australian dollars.
Basics
Each person and household may claim one bonus. When working out who counts as a single person, the casino compares the address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts are closed, with winnings and active bonuses removed.
A deposit bonus is always made up of a minimum deposit, a top bonus amount, a wagering target, a bet ceiling during wagering and a time limit. If a promotion leaves one out, the defaults in this breakdown fill the gap.
Credits are booked on the UTC clock. When real and bonus money share one balance, real money is spent first and the bonus ends once its own balance is gone. Withdrawals open only after wagering is complete. Request your deposit back early and the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited, with the rest paid out.
Wagering and game weighting
Wagering is the multiple of the bonus, or of free-spin winnings, you must stake before the funds can be withdrawn. ×40 is the norm for welcome and most weekly offers, ×35 applies to VIP editions and ×30 to the Highroller bonus.
Pokies count 100% towards wagering, except jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded titles. All other games, from live tables to instant games, count 5% of the stake. The bet ceiling also applies to double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought within a game.

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings are limited to A$30 (A$1,500 for VIP), and withdrawing needs at least one real-money deposit.

Free-spin winnings are limited to A$150 per step. Cancelling a step's cash bonus also cancels that step's remaining spin batches.

Free spins explained
Each offer fixes the value of its spins; seasonal offers, for example, use €0.10 a spin, rising to €0.20 in the VIP editions. Spins are credited on named games, and most offers let you pick one of two.
Holding a round in a bonus feature back until wagering is finished is not allowed, and neither is depositing again while a feature is outstanding. Using bonus funds just to move a feature along and finishing the last step with real money is banned too.
Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging across multiple accounts, taking advantage of technical faults and any other bid for an unfair edge may lead to forfeited winnings, cancelled bonuses and a closed account. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and can ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying winnings.
Currency
Australian players see amounts in Australian dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so an AUD figure is the euro value times roughly 1.5, rounded. The tables here already show the AUD values.
Revisions
The casino may amend or withdraw promotions and these terms whenever it likes. If a translation and the English text disagree, English prevails. The card inside your account shows the version that applies to you.
