Bonus small print
What is behind the big numbers for players in New Zealand: how wagering is counted, who gets which cap, what the codes are and how weekly offers combine, all in New Zealand dollars.
Basic rules
Each person and each household may claim one bonus. To judge who counts as one person, the casino compares the address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicates are closed, and their winnings and live bonuses are taken away.
Every deposit bonus has the same ingredients: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a wagering target, a bet ceiling during wagering and a time limit. Wherever a promotion is silent, the defaults in this guide apply.
Credits are booked to the UTC clock. With real and bonus money in one balance, real money is used first and the bonus ends when its own balance is empty. Withdrawals open only after wagering is finished. Taking your own deposit back early forfeits the bonus and its winnings, and the rest is paid.
Wagering and how games count
Wagering means staking a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, before the money can be withdrawn. ×40 is usual for joining and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP editions, ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Pokies add 100% towards wagering, except jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded games. All other games, live tables and instant games included, add 5% of the stake. The bet ceiling also applies to double-up rounds and to bonus rounds bought inside a game.
Bet limits and win caps
Default limits in New Zealand dollars, which apply unless a specific offer states others:

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings are capped at NZ$34 (NZ$1,700 for VIP), and withdrawing needs at least one successful real-money deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: up to five times the qualifying deposit, at most NZ$1,700 (VIP: five times, at most NZ$8,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: up to twice the deposit, at most NZ$8,500 (VIP: five times, at most NZ$17,000).

Free-spin winnings are capped at NZ$170 per step. Cancelling the cash bonus of a step also cancels that step's later spin batches.

A closer look at free spins
Each offer sets the worth of its spins; seasonal offers, for example, use €0.10 a spin, or €0.20 in VIP editions. Spins are credited on named games, and most offers let you choose between two.
You can't hold a round in a bonus feature until after wagering, or deposit again while a feature is pending. You also can't use bonus money just to move a feature along and finish the last step with real money.
Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging across several accounts, exploiting technical faults or any other bid for an unfair edge can cost you your winnings, cancel your bonuses and close your account. The casino judges on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details first.
Currency
Amounts on the New Zealand site are in New Zealand dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio; an NZD figure is the euro value times about 1.7, rounded, and the tables here already use NZD.
Changes
Promotions and these terms can be changed or withdrawn by the casino whenever it chooses. Where a translation differs from the English text, English prevails. The card in your account shows which version applies to you.
