Bonus guide
The working parts behind the headline numbers for Canadian players: how wagering is counted, which limits apply to whom, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. All amounts in Canadian dollars.
Ground rules
One bonus is allowed per person and per household. To decide who counts as one person, the casino compares address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts are shut and their winnings and live bonuses are taken away.
Every deposit bonus is built from the same parts: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a wagering target, a bet ceiling during wagering and a time limit. When an offer is silent on one of them, the defaults in this guide apply.
Bonus credits are booked by the UTC clock. When real money and bonus money share a balance, the real money goes first, and the bonus ends when its own balance runs out. You cannot request a withdrawal before wagering is done. If you ask early for your own deposit back, the bonus and its winnings are forfeited and the rest is paid.
Wagering and game weights
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, that you must stake before the money can be withdrawn. The usual multiple is ×40 for starter and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP editions and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Slots contribute 100% to wagering, except jackpot slots and a published list of excluded titles. Everything else, from live tables to instant games, contributes 5% of the stake. The bet ceiling also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought inside a game.
Bet limits and win caps
Default ceilings in Canadian dollars, valid unless a particular offer names different ones:

- Free spins with no deposit and similar gifts: winnings stop at C$30 (C$1,500 for VIP players), and you need at least one successful real deposit to withdraw.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus stop at five times the qualifying deposit, with a ceiling of C$1,500 (VIP: five times, ceiling C$7,500).
- Winnings from a cash bonus stop at twice the deposit, with a ceiling of C$7,500 (VIP: five times, ceiling C$15,000).
The four-step starter bonus

Free-spin winnings are limited to C$150 per step. If you cancel the cash bonus of a step, that step's remaining spin batches are cancelled with it.

Activate spins from the Monday and Wednesday offers within two days and play them within three; weekend reload spins must be activated inside one day.

Free spins up close
Each offer sets what a free spin is worth. Seasonal offers, for instance, use €0.10 per spin and €0.20 in the VIP editions. The spins go onto named games, and most offers let you pick one of two.
You may not hold a round in a bonus feature back until after wagering, nor deposit again while a feature is outstanding. Using bonus money only to advance a feature and finishing the last step with real money is also against the rules.
Fair play
Misusing bonuses, hedging across several accounts, exploiting technical faults or otherwise seeking an unfair advantage can cost you your winnings, void your bonuses and get your account closed. The casino judges on reasonable grounds and may want personal and payment details verified before it pays winnings.
Currency
Amounts on the Canadian site are in Canadian dollars. Each promotion is published by the casino in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so a CAD figure is the euro value times roughly 1.5, rounded, and the tables here already show CAD.
