Loyalty levels
Thirty levels in six tiers, and one rule: play and you climb. Every threshold, reward and percentage appears below in Canadian dollars.
Earning points
Points follow your stakes. Each $1 staked on slots earns 1 point, and each $10 staked on live, card, roulette, mines, crash, craps, poker, scratch or other non-slot games earns 1 point.
Everyone begins on level 1. Reaching the next point threshold moves you up at once and credits the level reward automatically (cash rewards from level 21 are credited by your VIP manager). Level-up rewards require a minimum loss of C$15 in the period your profile shows.

Wagering for cash and for spins is listed in the table. Cash is in Canadian dollars and spins are valued in euros or the equivalent. From level 21 cash rewards are credited by the VIP manager, and level 30 adds a personal gift. A dash means nothing is paid on that level.
Weekly cashback
From level 6, players with at least one successful deposit can claim cashback. It posts on Mondays between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC, must be activated within three days, remains valid for seven and carries ×1 wagering.
The payout is a share of your net result for the period: deposits, minus the current balance, minus processed and pending withdrawals. You need a loss of at least C$15 across the last seven days. Weekly caps by level: C$75, C$225, C$750, C$1,500, C$3,750, C$7,500 and C$15,000.
Rakeback
On level 16 and above, 5% of the house edge on your casino play is returned daily. It is credited automatically from 07:00 to 08:00 UTC when C$1.50 has accumulated, with ×1 wagering.
Spin games per level
- Levels 2 to 10: Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and Wild West TRUEWAYS (BGaming).
- Levels 11 to 15: Elvis Frog in Vegas and Snoop Dogg Dollars (BGaming).
- Levels 16 to 30: games rotate between Snoop Dogg Dollars, Elvis Frog in Vegas, Wild West TRUEWAYS, Bonanza Billion, Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, Aztec Clusters, Gemhalla and Aztec Magic Bonanza.
Extra perks
On top of cash and spins, the higher tiers add a named VIP host, round-the-clock VIP support, higher or unlimited withdrawal limits, priority payouts, personal offers, highroller tournaments, a concierge, invitations to events and luxury gifts.
