The ID check, step by step
Open your profile and switch to Verification. Three upload slots wait there: identity, address and payment. Put a clear photo or scan in each.
The casino reads the uploads and the withdrawal requests. It can ask for further details, which you can send to support whenever you like. The same name on every document makes the check quicker.
What to upload
Identity
Passport, ID card, driver's licence or another official document in their place.
Address
Utility bill, phone bill or bank statement showing your full name and address.
Payment
A screenshot or photo from online banking, a statement or your Skrill page showing the deposit.
JPG, PNG or PDF, 10 MB per file at most.
Depositing
Press Deposit to open the cashier, where the methods open to you appear with their minimums. At the time of our check they were crypto (BTC from 0.00035, LTC from 0.5, USDT from 20), MiFinity and open banking from the equivalent of C$30.
If you want a bonus, type its code before you pay. After payment it can no longer be added.
Cashing out
In the cashier pick the Withdraw tab, then a method and an amount. Wagering on any active bonus has to be completed first. Each winnings request is checked before payment, and the casino may ask you to confirm your identity and payment details.
